When we work together, we can find solutions more quickly than if one person on their own. The work can be divided so that deadlines are met in a timely manner, and no one person ends up being overwhelmed by having to do most of the work. Each person on a team brings the benefit of their education and previous work history experiences to the table. Each person also has their own personality and particular way of thinking. Some people are very verbal and love to communicate, while others prefer to take more time to think through something before sharing.
